Easily mounts over a resilient foam cushion, which accommodates virtually any size with either leather strap or metal bracelet. The cushion fits snugly into the drive cup, making it impossible to fall as it swings back and forth during the winding cycle.

The Stingray models a simulated veneer inspired by the exotic skin from a Stingray. It is photographically reproduced from an actual skin and then printed over a synthetic substrate. The case itself has wood trimmed edges. After assembly, the completed case is finished with multiple layers of Polyurethane lacquer and hand polished between layers.

Powered by two sets of (2) 1.5 volt, "D" cell alkaline batteries, one for each winder head (click image for enlarged picture). As the drive motor only powers the first oscillation of each winding cycle, with all succeeding oscillations totally powered by gravity, battery drain on the motor is minimal.
